For over 10 years, S&S Property Preservation has worked in the construction industry. S&S Property Preservation initially began preserving properties for banks. S&S Property Preservation now offers a full range of property preservation and rehabilitation services that are customized to fit the needs of our customers.
We, now, extend our services to residential real estate owners that are working to renovate, update, and maintain the integrity of their property.
S&S Property Preservation operates in the metro-Detroit area. The mission is to provide high-quality work and superior customer service while remaining cost effective during project completion. S&S Property Preservation work will help increase the value of our customers’ homes and local communities.
